How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. This will include a tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order has been delayed, please check your tracking information for the latest updates. If the tracking number shows no movement or if it’s significantly delayed, contact our customer support team, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Some exclusions may apply (e.g., final sale items, personalized products, etc.), which will be noted at checkout.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. After that, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
